Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Les Aliments Rocha as your trusted provider of food products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges. This policy is intended to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience.

In the event of product non-conformity, you can return your order free of charge within 10 days from the date of purchase. Here are the situations covered:

  • The product is out of date
  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong product was sent by mistake.

No returns will be accepted in situations other than those listed above.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with all original labels.

If an order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be made to that card. In the case of an order paid by gift card or with an account credit, the refund will be made in the form of a credit to the account.

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if only part of the order is returned.

Return request

To request a return, send an e-mail to client@lesalimentsrocha.com indicating the reason for the return. Once your request has been received and evaluated, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you indicating whether the return has been accepted and, if so, how to proceed.

As soon as the products are received, and the reason for return is one of the situations covered by our policy, your refund will be processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Please note that returns can only be made by mail or by a delivery service.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded.

If you have made the usual checks and still have not received your refund, please contact us at client@lesalimentsrocha.com.

Order cancellation

Sometimes we change our mind about an order. In this case, you can cancel the order by sending us an e-mail at client@lesalimentsrocha.com.

If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, it is your responsibility to return the products ordered to us at your own cost. Upon receipt of the products ordered, your account will be credited and a refund issued.

Recommandation

If you are returning an order worth more than $75, we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment and that you take out delivery insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the order you return.
