2.3 Pictures

It's important to protect your privacy by not uploading images containing EXIF data of GPS coordinates. This data can be extracted by ill-intentioned people who could use it to locate the place where the image was taken. To avoid this, you can remove the location data before uploading your images, or use online tools that allow you to remove the metadata before publishing them. Apart from completed orders, we retain your personal information for a certain period of time until it is no longer required.

  • Pending and failed orders: 10 days;
  • Cancelled orders: 30 days;
  • Completed orders: indefinitely (accounting, statistical analysis and market research).

It is important to note that when you click on a link that redirects you to another site, you leave the virtual space of Rocha Foods and enter that of the destination site. The information exchanged from that point on is no longer covered by the Rocha Foods Privacy Policy, but rather by the privacy policy of the site to which you were redirected.
